Museums & Galleries

Museo Tamaya:
Contemporary art museum full of sculptures and a mixture of innovative and modern creative pieces.

Cudra San Cristobal: Iconic house built by Pritzker Prize winning Architect Luis Barragan. I recommend Googling this masterpiece as the pink and orange colouring is beautiful. It can take between 40 to 50 minutes to get there from Condesca.

Museo Jumex: The current exhibit and the one that we saw was the work of Marcel Duchamp & Jeff Koons. This exhibit goes on until the end of September 2019. The art displayed here is owned by Eugenio Lopez Alonso. Museo Jumex is in Polanco.

Frida Kahlo House: Also known as the Blue House. This is the historic house museum and art museum dedicated to the life and work of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. This is about 30 to 40 minutes away from Condesca.

El Eco: Contemporary art gallery and experiential museum by the German artist Mathias Goeritz and supported by the Mexican entrepreneur Daniel Mont.

Markets in Mexico City: La Lagunilla Market, Coyoacan Market, Market 100, Maizajo & Mercado Roma
